Second corporate fit out scheme at More London
ISG InteriorExterior has been awarded a project from More London Developments to fit out office space at 3 More London Riverside and 4 More London Riverside.
The stylish design of the hotel features a complex curvilinear metal roof structure with a central curved atrium and glass and aluminium cladding to the facade.
The high specification facilities include nine meeting rooms for up to 70 delegates, executive lounge and residents' gym, as well as a large dining room and bar area.
The specification of pre-fabricated bathroom pods for the project will enable ISG InteriorExterior to make reductions to the overall project programme and minimise the number of trade contractors on site.
The off site manufactured pods will be delivered to site when required and then craned into position, with the installation completed once the pods are connected up to key services.
The project is scheduled for completion early in 2008.
Steve Trotter, Managing Director of ISG InteriorExterior commented: "Working close to one of Europe's busiest private airports has presented a number of challenges for the site team, especially when working 'air side' and with restrictions on the type and height of cranes that can be used on the scheme".
"ISG InteriorExterior has worked closely with TAG to develop and implement a robust schedule of works that conforms to the strictest client parameters, whilst delivering to the highest of expectations with an on-time delivery of the project.".
