ISG secures GBP7 million London fit out
ISG GBP7 million fit out and refurbishment project for Lloyds TSB at Faryners House near the Monument in central London.
The contractor will carry out a phased programme of works at the seven-storey office facility to enable continuous occupation of the building throughout the project The scheme will see ISG construct a large central IT communications room and then the remaining floors will be systematically stripped out and refurbished to a high standard, with the retention and installation of new raised access floors

ISG InteriorExterior has secured a GBP30 million shell and core contract to build the world's largest Audi Centre for Audi UK.
Suspended ceilings will also be removed, exposing the floor slabs above.
Mechanical and electrical services will be replaced and upgraded throughout the building with new air handling units and a new chiller installed on the roof.
Majority open plan office accommodation will be created throughout the building, with a small number of offices and high specification glass fronted meeting rooms created on each of the six floors.
A range of break out areas will also be provided for staff welfare facilities.
The project is due for completion at the end of this year.
