Isocheck Armasound is a new high performance resilient layer for use under floor screeds has been announced by Isomass .
Isomass, which manufactures and distributes acoustic flooring products for the newbuild and conversion markets, has introduced 'Isocheck Armasound' to satisfy the growing need for higher performance acoustic solutions for isolating screed Isomass' technical sales director, Iain Mair, stated: "Isomass' ethos is to 'raise the bar' in terms of acoustic flooring system performance"

Isomass is a brand new acoustic flooring company has been launched to serve the newbuild, conversion and refurbishment sectors.
"Having partnered with Armacell , Isocheck Armasound takes advantage of their unique visco-elastic technology, effectively making it a 'super-isolator' of both impact and airborne noise".
Isocheck Armasound, at just 10mm in thickness, not only provides acoustic performance well in excess of Document 'E' requirements, but is quick, easy and economical to install.
Environmental credentials are also very good, as the product features zero GWP, zero ODP and is dust and fibre-free.
The product also comfortably satisfies dynamic stiffness requirements (BS EN 29052) as stipulated within Document E.
Recent testing in both laboratory and 'real site' situations has established very strong results.
Isomass are now looking for further suitable newbuild apartment developments to supply and test, with the intention of obtaining Robust Detail Candidate Status within the near future.
