ISG secures GBP13m fit out scheme

An ISG plc product story
Edited by the Buildingtalk editorial team Aug 21, 2007

ISG has secured a circa GBP13 million project with Standard Life Investments at 12 Charles II Street, the Portland stone fronted commercial office building close to Haymarket in London.

Once the scheme is completed, the building will provide Grade A quality open plan office accommodation across seven-storeys.

The contractor will create a new entrance and impressive reception area on the Charles II Street development.

Large, highly flexible open plan floor plates will be formed across the upper levels of the building, with ISG installing raised access floors and suspended ceilings to achieve a high specification corporate finish.

Externally, curtain walling will be installed across the building's facade, with the project due to commence in September 2007 and scheduled for completion in September 2008.

Steve Trotter, Managing Director of ISG commented: "The business has established an enviable reputation for successfully delivering high value office fit out and refurbishment projects for major blue chip clients".

"Forging strong, mutually beneficial relationships is integral to the way that ISG operates and we work collaboratively with our clients to achieve excellent results".

"The success of this work ethic is an expanding roster of repeat business and a growing number of referrals from satisfied clients.".
