ISG wins central London fit out scheme
ISG secures GBP8 million project to fit out 20 Gracechurch Street - a prominent City of London commercial office building.
The scheme sees the contractor working across the top nine floors of the 17-storey part occupied building, refurbishing and reconfiguring the existing office accommodation to a Cat A standard Work has now commenced on the comprehensive fit out programme at 20 Gracechurch Street, with ISG replacing all mechanical and electrical services from the seventh floor upwards
New suspended ceilings and raised access floors will be installed throughout, with space rationalised to provide large and flexible open plan office floor plates.
The project is scheduled for completion in June 2008.
