ISG, a leading provider of construction services, has completed a GBP26.5 million residential refurbishment scheme in Marylebone for the developer CIT.
The refurbishment project - ISG's fifth with CIT - involved the transformation of what was previously the headquarters of EDF Energy to 127 residential units comprising both affordable and private housing.
Speaking of the project, CIT's George Kyriacou said; "Aybrook St has been an extremely complex project but the quality of ISG's work has been fantastic throughout".
"We look forward to our continued working relationship with ISG.".
