Edited by the Buildingtalk editorial team Sep 3, 2008

Global law firm Reed Smith has awarded GBP15 million fit out of its new London headquarters to international construction services group ISG plc.

The 168,000 sq ft floor space in Broadgate Tower will be transformed over a 30 week programme.

Reed Smith's move to Broadgate Tower will consolidate the firm's existing London offices in SE1 and EC3, accommodating 600 staff over 13 floors.

On completion, the new headquarters will offer restaurant and client dining facilities as well as client meeting suites, executive offices and general office accommodation.

The project has just started and completes in February 2009.

Speaking of the appointment, ISG Director Danny Blakeston says: "This is a prestigious win for ISG and adds to our growing portfolio of fit out projects for high-ranking law firms including Allen and Overy, Norton Rose, Eversheds and Mayer Brown".

"Undertaking the project within the high-profile Broadgate Tower is an additional coup.".
