Totty Construction has secured a £2 million project with national five-a-side leisure provider, Goals Soccer Centres, to build a new sport's facility at Hanson School in Bradford.

Totty Construction has secured a £2 million project with national five-a-side leisure provider, Goals Soccer Centres, to build a new sport's facility at Hanson School in Bradford, West Yorkshire.

The school will use the facilities during term time, and after hours and in school holidays the centre will open to members of the public, significantly boosting the area's leisure amenities.

The project will see Totty construct a single-storey, steel frame and brick clad sports pavilion during a 20-week fast track programme.

Built on an area of the school's existing playing fields, the facility will include a full size all weather pitch and 10 smaller multi-sport courts - all of which will be floodlit.

The pavilion building will comprise changing facilities, function rooms and a bar area, with Totty forming an access road and car park for the new centre.

John Gittins, managing director of Totty Construction's public sector division, commented: "The increasing popularity of five-a-side football has led to a growing demand for high quality, purpose built facilities and we are delighted that one of the UK's largest and best known brands has selected Totty as construction partner for this important development.".
