Totty Building Services has scored with a £450K project to enhance facilities at West Riding County FA Headquarters in Woodlesford, Leeds.

Totty Building Services has scored with a £450K project to enhance facilities at West Riding County FA Headquarters in Woodlesford, Leeds.

The County FA is the administrative body for grass roots football in the area and it already has excellent facilities at its Fleet Lane base, comprising a first-class pitch and a function room, which are used regularly by the Football Association and other organisations for training, meetings and seminars to promote initiatives aimed at developing the game at all levels.

Working with the West Riding County Football Association, Totty Building Services will design and build a single-storey pitched roof extension at the facility to provide improved changing facilities - including both visitors and home changing areas, match officials changing room, medical room and a kit store.

Three new offices will be formed by reconfiguring the existing changing area, with Totty also extending the function room and installing folding partition walls to increase flexibility.

A glazed corridor area, overlooking the football pitches, will be constructed and the bar area enlarged.

The project is due for completion at the end of June.

Philip Ryder, managing director of Totty Building Services, commented: "By providing highly customer focused and tailored building solutions, with the infrastructure, quality and professionalism of a much larger contractor, Totty Building Services continues to set the standard for small works developments across the North of England.".
