ISG Totty Building has been appointed to a GBP20 million per annum partnering framework deal with Manchester City Council.

ISG Totty Building has been appointed to a GBP20 million per annum partnering framework deal with Manchester City Council.

Selected as one of seven partners from an initial consideration of 40 contractors, ISG Totty Building will work across the Council's property portfolio (except housing) delivering new build and refurbishment projects up to £500K in value.

The partnering framework runs for up to four years and is performance based with the Council awarding a greater volume of contracts to the best performing contractors.

ISG Totty Building is also one of just three of the selected partners that will work on contractor designed schemes as part of the framework, with the company managing the entire design and build process for individual projects.

Although the framework tackles all areas of the Council's portfolio, it is envisaged that a large number of schemes will be focused within the education sector, encompassing Sure Start schemes, which provide support for parents and children.

Philip Ryder, managing director of ISG Totty Building, commented: "Our appointment to this high profile partnering framework represents a tremendous achievement for ISG Totty Building and confirms our reputation as a key player within regional public sector contracting".

"By demonstrating a clear commitment to high quality project delivery and joined up working practices, the company is set to deliver a range of high profile schemes for Manchester City Council and further enhance the scope and reach of community services within the region.".
