ISG Totty Building has secured a GBP195K project to refurbish an existing warehouse unit on Deeside Industrial Park, Clwyd.

ISG Totty Building has secured a GBP195K project to refurbish an existing 2,600 sq m warehouse unit on Deeside Industrial Park, Clwyd.

The contractor was appointed by DTZ following the successful completion of ISG Totty Building's first scheme for the project manager - a GBP320K contract to extend several retail units at Ladysmith Shopping Centre in Ashton-Under-Lyne, Greater Manchester.

This latest project sees ISG Totty Building carry out a fast-track programme to repair and enhance facilities at the warehouse building.

A two-storey office block within the unit will be stripped out and refurbished to a high standard, with new suspended ceilings and floor finishes installed.

The contractor will carry out general repairs to the building's facade and interior and install a new roller shutter door and ramp, with the project due for completion early in the New-Year.

Philip Ryder, managing director of ISG Totty Building, commented: "The key to successfully delivering reduced duration projects is highly effective programme management expertise".

"By adopting flexible working practices, ISG Totty Building is able to provide clients with an exceptionally responsive service, tailored to individual requirements and which delivers on our promises.".
