Dean and Bowes has won its latest project from the University of Cambridge at the world-renowned Judge Business School.
The £475K fast track scheme will see the company create a new quiet study area within the School's library, with all the work carried out during the summer recess.
Dean and Bowes will strip out the existing library area and install a new steel frame mezzanine floor within the grade II listed building.
The new quiet study area will feature a central elliptical viewing gallery with a continuous elliptical form desk and glass balustrade around the feature.
The fit out specialist will reconfigure space within the library and upgrade existing mechanical and electrical services.
The project is due for completion by early September.
Jim Parker, managing director of Dean and Bowes, commented: "Building strong and mutually beneficial relationships with our clients is a key element of the Dean and Bowes ethos.
By delivering on our promises and consistently providing high quality value driven solutions, Dean and Bowes continues to partner with the University of Cambridge on a range of high profile and technically complex projects across the campus.".
