Propencity companies re-brand with ISG prefix

Companies within national construction and development group, Propencity, will today be identified with the ISG prefix to formalise their successful integration within the £800 million turnover Interior Services Group (ISG) Plc.

Main contractors ISG Totty, which operates in the north of England, and ISG Jackson, working across the south of England are joined by national fit out and refurbishment business ISG Dean and Bowes, as part of the publicly listed national construction services specialist.

ISG Totty will provide high quality main contracting solutions on projects ranging from £2m to £10m through two operating units - one with a core skill centred on the public sector and the other focusing on the private sector.

The company's special projects subsidiary, ISG Totty Building (formerly Totty Building Services), will continue its highly successful remit for delivering projects up to c.

£2m in value for clients across both public and private sectors from offices in Bradford and Manchester.

ISG Jackson, alongside ISG Special Projects (formerly Jackson Building Services), continue to offer value added contracting solutions across a range of procurement routes for clients across East Anglia and the south of England.

Both companies have record forward order books for the next 12-months, with ISG Jackson recently securing a number of high profile social housing framework deals with key industry providers.

ISG Dean and Bowes has built up an excellent reputation for the successful delivery of national fit out and refurbishment projects within the retail, public, education and leisure sectors.
