National fit-out and refurbishment specialist ISG Dean and Bowes has recruited Caroline Page as marketing manager.

National fit-out and refurbishment specialist ISG Dean and Bowes has recruited Caroline Page as marketing manager to be based at its Cambridgeshire head office.

The appointment is in line with the company's strategic development plans following its acquisition by ISG plc in 2006 and has been made to strengthen support surrounding its overall commercial growth.

A former Cosmopolitan Woman Of The Year, Caroline has over 20 year's senior marketing and communications experience in both national and international arenas.

Having begun her career in the publishing industry, Caroline spent a number of years working with the Ministry of Foreign Trade in China before taking on the role of head of employee relations and communications for the Royal Mail.

Since then she has worked in a variety of senior roles for British Aerospace, Excel Logistics, Caterpillar and Cleanaway before moving to New York to become vice president of global marketing and communications for Esselte, the world's largest manufacturer of office products.

ISG Dean and Bowes MD Jim Parker is delighted to welcome Caroline to the team: "Caroline's appointment is a real coup".

"She has an extremely impressive career trajectory and has very strong and definite core skills to bring to the team".

"We're looking forward to harnessing the benefits of the experience she brings with her from other sectors that we can learn from and applying this to our own market".

Caroline is looking forward to the year ahead: "The first 12 months post-acquisition are extremely important in terms of making a mark and setting a standard".

"I admire ISG Dean and Bowes's track record of customer loyalty and 100 per cent commitment to the service agreement, which has resulted in them retaining over 80 per cent repeat business".

"My aim is to make sure that they are recognised within the industry - by clients, competitors and suppliers - as a company that always reliably delivers, that keeps its promises and, most importantly, that honours its clients' brand values as well as its own".

ISG Dean and Bowes lists T-Mobile, Argos, DC Leisure, HSBC, Monsoon, Next, Primark and University of Cambridge among its blue-chip client base.
