Pool refurbishment includes design, manufacture

ISG Dean+Bowes has completed a contract to create a new spa and sauna within a previously unused area adjacent to the existing pool at the Stevenage swimming centre.

ISG Dean+Bowes continues to expand its leisure portfolio having completed a contract to create a new spa and sauna within a previously unused area adjacent to the existing pool at the Stevenage swimming centre.

Part of a GBP1 million refurbishment of the swimming centre, the project includes mechanical and electrical design and installation and the design and manufacture of a German spa and sauna, complete with Italian wall and floor tiles, formed locker and changing areas, new toilets and designer-type shower areas.

The contract is part of Stevenage Borough Council's development of a Wellness Centre which also includes a Kinesis Studio and holistic exercise areas.
