Standard Bank awards GBP16 million fit out to ISG

ISG has been appointed as the management contractor for a GBP16 million fit out of 20 Gresham Street for Standard Bank.

Standard Bank is the leading African banking group focused on Emerging Markets globally.

Their London office is a key hub in their substantial global corporate and investment banking business, and their move to 20 Gresham Street is a key step in their continued growth and development.

The works comprise Category A and B fit out to the basement, first and second floors and Category B fit out to the ground and third floors.

The new facilities will include world-class systems across trading floors and investment banking executive areas, as well as a flagship suite for the bank's clients.
