The training scheme is in accordance with the recommended guidelines produced by the ICES and it is intended to assist the firms graduate quantity surveyors to progress to the Institution's full Corporate Member grade.

Participants in this training scheme would be eligible to apply for Graduate Membership and progress to full corporate membership following the Graduate Member route.

Once a graduate quantity surveyor has successfully completed the Morgan Est training scheme, they will be eligible to apply for Corporate Membership.

This training scheme forms part of Morgan Est's Professional Development Scheme (PDS) which provides a framework for individual development for graduate and trainees of all disciplines.

This PDS scheme is endorsed and supported by Morgan Est's senior management, the site management team and the training and development function of the Company.
