New contract boost for expanding Integral UK

An Integral UK product story
Edited by the Buildingtalk editorial team Jul 9, 2008

Nine branches of award-winning building maintenance specialist Integral UK have combined to service an international company with a chain of more than 200 offices across the UK.

Bristol-based Integral, the largest and fastest-growing operation of its type in the country, has won a contract with major financial services firm Edward Jones.

The arrangement involves a reactive repair service covering the 202 offices of the investment company's business in the UK.

"The interesting thing about this arrangement is that the contract is run from 3,500 miles away," said Steve Johnson, from the Integral base at Leeds.

"The company's facilities manager lives in America and given the distance involved communication is the key".

"From the testimonials we have received so far it seems we are getting this right".

The contract is one of several won recently by Integral as part of an expansion programme.

The company provides people and services for facilities management companies and in-house departments.

Clients include financial institutions, retail outlets, property specialists, company premises, government departments and social housing landlords.
