Integral wins MOD Abbey Wood contract
Integral Interiors has commenced on a roll out of office refurbishment projects for Debut Services at the MOD's Abbey Wood office complex in Bristol.
Integral Interiors won the contract early in 2008 and has already completed two floors and begun work on a further three.
The work consists of alterations to office partitions, new flooring, painting and decorating, furniture moves, new lighting and general upgrading.
Integral is the main supply chain partner of Debut for hard building services across the MOD estate as part of the Regional South West Prime contract.
Steve Watts, Integral's Operations Manager for South West Prime, said: "With the specialist divisions as part of Integral UK we can offer the client a one stop shop for all their needs and Integral Interiors fills this gap for major refurbishment and fit out projects".
Tim Stringer, Divisional Director of Integral Interiors, said: "This is a great project for the Interiors Division.
Debut is a key client to Integral as a group and the Interiors Division is demonstrating the added value services that can now be offered to all clients.
"The projects at Abbey Wood have had to be carefully programmed to ensure the office moves are coordinated with the end user's requirements, this has been done by working very closely with Debut and all other stakeholders".
Debut Services (SW) is a joint venture between Bovis Lend Lease and Babcock Infrastructure Services.
Integral Interiors is a Division of Integral UK specialising in GBP100k+ fit out and refurbishment projects across all sectors, including design and build.
