Can premiums be safely lowered?
'Yes' is the insurers answer if the country's health and safety experts have their way.
This year's conference, 'Health and safety: the changing world of work', will focus on the issues thrown up by new working practices, social trends and emerging hazards and how the health and safety profession can best respond to them.
In addition to key note speaker Rt.
