Biotech warehouse project awarded
Jackson Building Services has been awarded a GBP 540K project to construct a 4464 sq ft warehouse in Braintree, Essex for leading biotechnology equipment supplier, GRI.
Jackson Building Services, the special projects division of Jackson Construction, has been awarded a GBP 540K project to construct a 4464 sq ft warehouse in Braintree, Essex for leading biotechnology equipment supplier, GRI The warehouse is being constructed at GRI's existing site on Queenborough Lane, with construction scheduled to commence in April, with a 25-week duration

Following the successful completion of a new build ambulance station, the special projects division of Jackson Construction, has secured a further £1.1 million project to construct a new Fire Station.
GRI is a rapidly expanding business and acts as the UK exclusive agent for some of the worlds leading manufacturers of innovative biotechnology instrumentation and reagents.
Once completed, GRI will move its existing warehouse facility into its new building, at which point the company will then redevelop its former facilities.
The new steel-framed and clad warehouse building will be constructed using piled foundations, with Jackson Building Services also set to create new car parking, in addition to hard and soft landscaping.
