Jackson Building Services has secured its latest education sector project, with the award of a GBP 1.2 million scheme at St Faith's School in Cambridge.

Jackson Building Services, the special projects division of Jackson Construction, has secured its latest education sector project, with the award of a GBP 1.2 million scheme at St Faith's School in Cambridge Over the past 18 months, the Jackson Group has notched up over GBP 30 million of education sector wins, including major schemes at RAF Feltwell in Norfolk and Bexhill in East Sussex

The St Faith's School project, will see Jackson Building Services construct an extension for a new music, design and technology centre with an ICT suite.

The two-storey brick and block structure is set to replace the school's existing Design and Technology building, and provide increased classroom capacity for the independent day school.

The contract is due for completion by Christmas 2005.

Mike Manning, Construction Director for Jackson Building Services, explained: "With a wealth of education sector experience, the Jackson Group is able to provide a comprehensive contracting solution for projects ranging in value from GBP 250K to GBP 15 million".
