Following the successful completion of a new build ambulance station, the special projects division of Jackson Construction, has secured a further £1.1 million project to construct a new Fire Station.
Neptune Marina represents an important regeneration project in the town's Old Wet Dock area and the 11-storey development features five penthouse apartments, rooftop terraced gardens and secure parking for 90 vehicles.
The mixed-use development also features a three-storey waterside restaurant and two floors of office accommodation.
Bernard Clarke, managing director of Jackson Construction, commented: "Given the complex and challenging nature of the project, we are delighted to have handed over the entire development right on schedule".
"The team has worked incredibly hard to achieve such a fantastic result, and set in a wider context, Neptune Marina has really helped to spearhead the move to regenerate this area of the town.".
