Jackson Building Services has won a further project at Hillside Business Park in Bury St Edmunds, to construct two new office buildings, for developer, Dencora 2000 .

Jackson Building Services has won a further £1.1 million project at Hillside Business Park in Bury St Edmunds, to construct two new office buildings, comprising four individual units, for developer, Dencora 2000 This scheme follows a £1.8 million project that the contractor recently completed at the Park, constructing a day-care centre and 17 new industrial units

Working on the last remaining development plot at Hillside Business Park, Jackson will construct two identical, two-storey offices, providing around 300m2 of accommodation for each of the four units.

The traditionally constructed buildings will feature brickwork and curtain walling to the facade and pitched tiled roofs.

Externally Jackson will create a number of car parking spaces and carry out soft landscaping finishes.

The project is due for completion by the end of the year.

Michael Manning, construction director for Jackson Building Services, commented: "Securing further work at Hillside Business Park reflects the positive relationship Jackson has forged with Dencora 2000 over the past few years".

"In addition to an earlier phase at the Park, our work for the developer includes an award winning Ambulance station in Newmarket".

"Our emphasis on high quality and intelligent building solutions continues to prove highly attractive and we are working to further strengthen partnerships with clients across a full range of industry sectors.".
