Over 16,000 Mini Canal radiators are now being supplied in an order valued approximately 3,700,000 Euros for use in the futuristic, glass-clad complex which will eventually house offices, a hotel and luxury apartments along the Moscow river in the Russian capital.
Its twin, sail-like towers - the tallest of which will be 340 metres - are attached to a central 430-metres stiletto-like spire.
The podium on which the two towers and spire are based will offer 30,000m of floor space containing retail areas, banking facilities, cafes, restaurants and leisure facilities.
For the Federation Tower, Jaga Mini Canals provide an unobtrusive trench heating solution that neutralises cold draughts from the glass walls during the bitter Russian winter and prevents the build-up of condensation.
Federation Tower was designed by the German firm NPS Tchoban Voss for owners the Mirax Group.
