Durability is a feature in all parts of product construction.
On both clear and opal lantern diffusers, Fumagalli incorporates PMMA diffusers which are strong enough to resist accidental damage and offer some protection against vandals.
On the taller post lanterns, the ridged polyurethane encloses a central column of galvanised steel, creating a lantern that is both tougher and lighter than traditional counterparts.
This combination of ridged polyurethane and resin creates a design with fine detailing and a flawless finish.
Unlike some plastic-coated products, Fumagalli stands up to close scrutiny, making it almost impossible to tell from genuine wrought iron or metal.
The Fumagalli range comes in a variety of styles, colours and sizes, giving customers a flexible selection of lanterns and allowing them to match the small lantern beside the front door with the larger one lighting the driveway.
Available in four attractive colour finishes - black, white, antique bronze and antique green - designs include six-sided and four-sided lanterns, globes and bollards.
In each series there are lanterns for pillar tops, wall-mounted lanterns and floor-mounted post lanterns in a variety of heights.
Many of the post lanterns come with a choice of single, twin or triple heads, depending how brightly an area needs to be lit.
In addition, many of the lanterns can take GLS, sodium or mercury lamps.
