JCC designs, manufactures and markets a comprehensive range of commercial and domestic lighting which is arguably the largest in the UK with over 2000 products.

Leading the way towards a low energy world is JCC Lighting, the UK's leading manufacturer of domestic and commercial lighting products Low energy lighting is making big inroads into all ways of life, which has been further highlighted by the National Trust's decision to change 40,000 light bulbs to low energy versions across its historic buildings

Environmental issues and spiralling energy costs are having a big impact on people's decisions to change to low energy.

Working with top lamp manufacturers such as Philips, Cree and Megaman, JCC has long been an innovator in low energy lighting solutions to combine excellent performance with outstanding designs.

A new catalogue dedicated entirely to low energy lighting products is being launched in July to highlight the full range of new lighting available.

New products include the Fireguard Matrix fire-rated downlight that meets all the relevant building regulations and is fully tested, while being ultra-low energy at 40/50 lumens per watt.

There are also a number of highly decorative domestic luminaires for indoor use.

These include triple plate spotlights which are sensor-activated, DIY LED kits which are pre-wired for easy installation for use in kick panels and feature areas around steps, as well as new contemporary bathroom ranges.

An industry first is the LED non-maintained fire-rated downlight.

This recessed downlight provides vital illumination to the required area in the event of nuisance tripping or a power cut.

Options include either one hour or three hour illumination, allowing the home owner to safely reset the RCD or to provide a clear passage at night.

JCC's products are easy to install, and with all its new low energy fittings designed around specific low energy lamps, it is impossible to use an incandescent or halogen equivalent.

And with distribution centres in Bognor Regis, Droitwich in West Midlands and Belfast with a combined GBP6m of stock, low energy lighting is available fast from JCC.

As a major manufacturer, JCC takes its responsibilities seriously to develop energy-efficient products that have a lower impact on the environment, yet still offer the lighting effects needed for each application.
