Conamar to refurbish grade II listed building

Conamar has been appointed to oversee the refurbishment of a listed building in London, to create an English language school.

The Grade II listed building comprises office space over basement, ground and four upper floors.

Conamar will undertake the overhaul of existing windows; redecoration of the building internally and externally; refurbishment of all toilets and bathrooms; installation of electrical skirting trunking in all rooms and installation of dormer windows to front elevation (subject to planning).

The refurbishment works will be complete by the end of March 2010, following which the building will be ready for occupation by Bloomsbury International.
