JELD-WEN has released a new range of internal glazed moulded doors, in response to consumer demands for products that let more light into the home.
Major new door contract secured
One of the largest single Government contracts for doors has been awarded, as part of a partnership agreement between Sheffield Homes, Kier Sheffield, Arnold Laver and JELD-WEN.
The Hi Profile Combi range is manufactured from PEFC Chain of Custody certified timber and is classed as zero carbon rated as any Carbon Dioxide released in its production is negated by the high performance of the window when installed.
The design also provides complete flexibility through a wide range of operational options, such as side hung and top-hung reversible, which match externally to give a uniform effect.
Hi Profile Combi is supplied factory glazed with 24mm Low E insulated glass units and a standard 83mm nominal sill.
As well as offering excellent thermal performance, the Hi Profile Combi 1.5 provides low maintenance as it has the minimum of joint lines and also external flush surfaces.
The Hi Profile Combi 1.5 also meets with Secured by Design requirements.
Ironmongery and fittings are all colour co-ordinated with ventilators, handle, keep and weather strip with an attractive beige finish.
Fully reversible configurations allow minor external maintenance to be carried out inside the building.
The external beading design also helps by reducing internal maintenance and significantly enhancing perceived security.

Hi Profile Combi 1.5 is protected with an advanced preservative system that enhances longevity and ensures longevity.
