OVA-JMR Formally Expand Into The UK
Market
Following the successful trading agreement made earlier this year with OVA G Bargellini S.P.A of Italy, JMR Lighting Technology have formed a new company.

The new operation, to be known as OVA-JMR Limited, will continue to operate from the company's headquarters in Newcastle-under-Lyme for the present, but plans have been finalised for the new company to move into much larger, purpose built accommodation early in the New Year.
The acquisition of these premises will see the company's Sales and Marketing division dovetail seamlessly with their Research and Development function and together with OVA-JMR's investment into 'state of the art' Logistics technology and the addition of 'desperately needed' extra warehouse space; the relocation will efficiently accommodate the company's predicted growth and will guarantee the smooth operation of the company's day to day business, from under one roof.
Recognised now, as one of the most innovative lighting companies in the UK, JMR have built an enviable reputation for producing 'award winning' products and lighting systems, year on year.
CEO of OVA-JMR Limited, Richard Kooseenlin said, 'Based on our successful trading arrangement, we felt it important that the company should formalise the agreement by entering into a more solid basis and to build the sales from a firm foundation.
Now, with the formation of the new company, our customers will be able to benefit greatly from a combination of innovative design, global engineering, buying power and the company's long established logistic resources.' The company's immediate plan is to present the UK market, with a steady stream of new, top quality, innovative lighting products, emergency lighting systems and monitoring devices that will not only be welcomed by specifiers, building managers and contractors, but will be demanded by end users for their practicality, functionality and aesthetic quality and price base.
