Providing solutions to barn conversions using modern materials A derelict agricultural building used at some stage to house livestock with potential for converting to a domestic dwelling, required extensive refurbishment; damp proofing using Newlath 2000 and waterproofing using Newton System 500 all installed by an approved contractor offering a 10 year guarantee
There were high levels of nitrate and uric acid contaminating the original walls and damp penetration due to dilapidation of the roof.
Newlath 2000 was used to combat all these problems and to provide a dry, clean environment for the interior finish.
The Newton 500 system was used to control ground water penetration to earth retaining walls where the property is built into the hillside.
