An unused basement of a listed building is being waterproofed by John Newton as part of a conversion project.
The grade II listed building was being refurbished into the Royal Court Hotel Nightclub in Somerset.
John Newton enables the basement of a nightclub within a listed building to be waterproofed as part of a refurbishment
The space needed to be developed without incurring damage to original building frame.
John Newton supplied a waterproofing system in line with English Heritage guidelines.
