John Newton has waterproofed a newly built basement at a townhouse project in Holland Park, London.
The house is being renovated to maximise living space.

A basement was dug under the property and also dug out into the garden area.
The new build reinforced concrete extension has been protected by a waterproofing system which was robust and cost effective.
Internal waterproofing was completed quickly as no surface preparation was required.
