John Newton waterproofing at new build hotel

John Newton has provided internal structural waterproofing for a new build project in Hampshire.

Newton Specialist Basement Contractor MacLennan Waterproofing was commissioned to design and install a water management system to four large basements areas used for habitable accommodation in accordance with BS8102:1990.

The project at the New Forest Hotel Hampshire, was an extremely wet site meaning that the logistics of installing any external membrane would have been very challenging.

The internal cavity drain system was installed quickly in a clean environment, and the project was completed within tight timescales.
