Newton Membranes has provided a waterproofing system to prevent water ingress at Bar Central in Cardiff.
The existing basement area flooded during heavy and sustained rainfall, rendering the bar unusable.

A waterproofing system was required that could cope with large amounts of water entering the building fabric.
Newton 508 was installed to the wall areas with an independent dry lining frame and plasterboard finish.
