John Newton has completed a basement conversion project in Glasgow's West End.
An unused sub floor space was converted into a dry and functional basement area.

A new raised ground floor level was created using structurally designed support beams.
Newton Specialist Basement Contractor, Richardson and Starling, designed a robust waterproofing system incorporating Newton 508 membrane to the wall and floor area with the Newton Basedrain installed across retaining aspects of the property.
