Newton Membranes has undertaken a basement refurbishment at a Victorian Town House in Monmouth, Wales.
The basement area was saturated due to water ingress coming through the mortar joints of the existing flag stone floor.
A town house in Monmouth has been transformed into a habitable space by employing waterproofing systems from John Newton
Professionally waterproofing was required to transform the area into an office space.
The original floor was removed and a new RC slab was deployed.
