Newton completes Victorian house waterproofing

Newton Membranes has undertaken a basement refurbishment at a Victorian Town House in Monmouth, Wales.

The basement area was saturated due to water ingress coming through the mortar joints of the existing flag stone floor.

Professionally waterproofing was required to transform the area into an office space.

The original floor was removed and a new RC slab was deployed.
