MD nominated for Entrepreneur of the Year

MD of JobsGroup.net, has been nominated for Entrepreneur of the Year at the Be Inspired Business Awards.

Mark Hepworth, Managing Director of JobsGroup.net, has been nominated for Entrepreneur of the Year at the Be Inspired Business Awards (BIBAs) 2007.

During the last 12 months JobsGroup.net has grown to become the UK's largest independent jobs network, with a 44% increase in unique users, 115% increase in turnover, and 300% increase in employees.

Mark implemented many innovative strategies during 2006, including the full UK launch of Just Technical Jobs, a national publication for engineering, rail and construction jobseekers; the opening of the JobsGroup.net Sales Academy, to ensure all sales personnel are trained to nationally recognised standards; and the launch of Artificial Technology Matching (AIM), which improves the speed and accuracy of online recruitment.

This resulted in a number of national award wins, including Best Online Service.
