ABCE reveals JobsGroup.net traffic grows by 74%

JobsGroup.net, the UK's leading niche online recruitment network, has increased the number of unique visitors to its ten award-winning jobsites by three-quarters in 18 months.

The ABCE audit revealed 267,483 unique users visited JobsGroup.net sites in May 2007, up from 153,387 in November 2005.

The increase in visitors was matched by a 22% rise in page impressions, from 1.98 million to 2.43 million.

The latest ABCE figures do not include cross-network traffic between the ten JobsGroup.net sites, including JustEngineers.net and JustConstruction.net, which would increase the total number of unique users during the same period to 377,893.

"We attract active jobseekers by ensuring our sites are highly visible in the search engines and job aggregators," explains Mark Hepworth, Managing Director of JobsGroup.net.

"We also target passive jobseekers, who will apply for a new job if presented with the right opportunity, by advertising in the publications they read; appearing on the websites they visit; and sponsoring the events and exhibitions they attend.
