Efficient energy saving fluorescents for
workshops

This energy efficient product is compliant with the Enhanced Capital Allowance Scheme, allowing the cost of investment to be written off against taxable profits.
50 400w HID low bays have been replaced by Taurus T5 at a sister company, KAG Accident Repair Centre, in Bradford.
Annual energy and maintenance savings of over GBP1,000 are expected, with light levels increased from 300 to the recommended 500 lux in horizontal and vertical planes.
Director Zaf Melan said: "Bringing this technology into automotive workshops is so important, energy efficiency should be a major consideration with rising energy costs and global warming.
"The improved quality of light makes for a much better working environment.
The ease of even simple tasks such as panel beating has been improved and it gives the whole premises a more modern feel to it.".
