As the last winner of the Glassex Commercial Fabricator of the Year Award, KEB Fabrications Limited are used to working to the highest standards, within tight deadlines but even they were surprised by the requirements of one of their latest commercial contracts.

The first phase of the contract for Lovell Partnership/Cobalt Housing Association, required 6,000 windows to be installed in just six months.

The commercial fabrication specialist moved production of the high specification windows into top gear but that was only part of the story.

The key to installing such a large quantity of frames was close partnership and cooperation between KEB Fabrications , Lovell Partnership, Cobalt Housing Association and the householders themselves.

The Profile 22 fabricator produced and installed a highly specified window with an emphasis on safety and security.
