Kee Klamp Fittings: The Building Blocks For Safety
Kee Klamp has supplied fittings from its extensive range to create the impressive guardrailing structures at the new LEGOLAND Deutschland.
It features a central locating unit, an eyebolt, 4 horizontal connector tubes and 16 weights fitted with anti-slip rubber pads.
Using these modular components, the system can be quickly and easily carried into position and assembled with the weights slid into position on the tubes to provide a safe, dead-weight anchor platform.
A safety harness or other form of personal protective equipment can then be secured to the eyebolt and the system is ready for use.
The Kee Anchor approach is especially easy to work with when workers are assembling Kee Klamp Ltd's market leading KeeGuard edge protection system.
When the anchor system is no longer required at the end of an installation, the weights can simply be removed and transferred to provide the counterbalance required in a final run of KeeGuard guardrailing.
This dual purpose function reduces installation time, and eliminates the problem of having to remove heavy man anchor system components from the roof at the end of a project.
The Kee Anchor system complies fully with the requirements of the Personal Protective Equipment at Work regulations 1992.
It has been independently tested.
