Turner and Townsend first office in Switzerland

Turner and Townsend has opened its fist office in Basel, Switzerland extending its reach to nine strategically located offices in continental Europe

Jon White, Managing Director for Turner and Townsend Europe, says "Our Basel office allows us to better support important local commissions and act as a foundation for the growth of our business in the Switzerland region".

This year Turner and Townsend SIBC have secured construction management services on two projects for Roche in Basel with a combined construction value of circa euro250m.

Chairman Tim Wray commented: "We will be able to offer clients a comprehensive service including design, procurement, project and cost management, tailored to local conditions and requirements".
