Kestrel-BCE has appointed Tony Crutcher as Sales and Marketing Director.

Kestrel-BCE, one of the UK's leading manufacturers of PVC-U and PVC-UE roofline, cladding, window board and trim products, has appointed Tony Crutcher as Sales and Marketing Director The appointment is part of a number of recent developments at the company, signifying a new era of growth and profitability

Tony has been invited to return to Kestrel-BCE by Managing Director Paul Neilson after an eight-year absence from the firm.

The move marks the reforming of an 'old team' to spearhead a new drive for product innovation, improved customer service and distribution, focusing on the specification and new build market.

In his previous career at Kestrel-BCE, Tony pioneered the introduction of several unique PVC-UE roofline products, in particular the K-Wave system of scallop bargeboards with a sealed edge, installed in over 10,000 houses nationwide.

With Paul Neilson at the helm, and a strong UK sales force, Tony believes Kestrel-BCE is well placed to serve a growing customer base: Says Tony: "In a highly competitive market, winning increased market share will be a challenge, but it's one that we believe Kestrel-BCE is now in good shape to achieve".

"We can build on a well-established reputation for quality and value in "fitter-friendly" products with continual product innovation, particularly in the areas of colour match and durability".

Kestrel-BCE is aiming for the highest standards of reliability and responsiveness in customer service, backed by investment in state-of-the-art manufacturing and distribution facilities.

The company's 140,000 sq ft factory in Scunthorpe keeps 100% control of production, raw material sourcing and blending of its PVC-U and PVC-UE profiles, enabling the company to achieve consistent high quality and value through lean manufacturing to ISO 9000 standards.

Equally important to the company's strategy are purpose-designed warehousing facilities, near Stoke-on-Trent, which provide a central hub for efficient UK distribution, guaranteeing ready availability to Kestrel customers nationwide.

"Kestrel now has the personnel and infrastructure necessary to meet the expectations of our customers for service, quality, availability and range".

"We are looking forward to some exciting times ahead," says Tony. Request free introductory details about products from Kestrel-BCE ...
