Kestrel focuses on Customer Service in Scotland

Kestrel's drive to achieve the highest levels of customer service for its Scottish stockists is being underpinned by the appointment of John Gunn as Business Development Manager for the region.

Kestrel's drive to achieve the highest levels of customer service for its Scottish stockists is being underpinned by the appointment of John Gunn as Business Development Manager for the region.

John's role will be to nurture existing customer relationships with Scottish stockists of Kestrel comprehensive range of PVC-u and PVC-ue roofline, cladding and window trim products.

He is also tasked with developing new business opportunities in the growing local authority, specification and new build markets.

John's appointment reflects a national strategy to strengthen the Kestrel Sales and Marketing team in key regions.
