Lintel learning logs on
'Steel Lintels, The Definitive Guide' is the first and only RIBA-accredited online presentation, providing interactive information on Keystone's standard and 'special' lintels.
Offering full flexibility for busy architects and other specifiers, 'Steel Lintels, The Definitive Guide', CPD presentation from Keystone Lintels - the market leading Steel Lintel manufacturer in the UK and Ireland - has been developed to deliver Continuing Professional Development straight to the specifier's desktop.
The seminar can be accessed from the Internet at any time.
This flexible accessibility allows specifiers to accrue CPD points from the comfort of their own home, desk, or even on the move.
It supplements the traditional face-to-face method of learning by offering flexibility in tune with modern working practices.
Keystone offers five online sections covering the Background to Steel Lintels, Lintel Specification, Lintel Performance, Sales Support and Site Application.
The entire online experience also offers the opportunity to explore complete projects that use bespoke, 'Special' Lintels for overcoming individual architectural challenges.
Minesh Patel, Marketing Manager for RIBA CPD said: "This is one of the best seminars I've seen, Keystone has definitely set the standard for online RIBA-accredited seminars".
The virtual CPD seminars are fully interactive and reader-directed.
Upon completion of a particular section the specifier is asked to answer a minimum of three out of five questions correctly.
If successful, a certificate is generated and can be printed-off to add to a CPD portfolio.
RIBA members are required to complete 35 hours of CPD and allocate 100 points.
"Keystone Lintels' CPD Online maintains, enhances and increases the knowledge and skills of the RIBA member," said Jim Eastwood, Marketing Manager for the Keystone Group.
"Recognising the limited time that architects and specifiers have was the driver for creating an Online CPD seminar".
"It not only enhances business productivity, but also contributes to professional and personal development".
"This CPD ensures RIBA members stay up-to-date with their rapidly changing industry.".
