Kier Project Investment opens London
office
Kier Project Investment who specialise in projects procured under government's private finance initiative and public private partnerships, has established a London office.
Kier Project Investment (KPI), the Kier Group's infrastructure investment arm specialising in projects procured under the government's private finance initiative and public private partnerships, has established a London office at 6 Cavendish Place, W1 KPI managing director John Tibbitts commented: "The opening of our new London office signals a further maturing and expansion of the business"

The Bedfordshire-based company, part of the Kier Group, was formed in June 1996.
Since then it has built up a broad and well-mixed portfolio of 14 deals to deliver over 40 new facilities within the healthcare, education, emergency services, care homes and libraries sectors.
