Tim Langdon has been appointed as business development director for Kier Project Investment.

Kier Project Investment (KPI) has announced the appointment of Tim Langdon as business development director.

Tim joins Kier from Asquith Court Holdings, one of the UK's leading education and childcare providers, where he acted as head of corporate development.

Prior to this he was director of business development for Jarvis plc's accommodation service division, and commercial head of Group 4's PFI unit.

He spent his early career in major plcs as a regional manager and surveyor in FM and construction management.

In welcoming Tim to the company, KPI managing director John Tibbitts commented: "Tim brings a detailed understanding of PFI and PPPs and an excellent track record in developing new business to his new role.

This is a key appointment in the further development of KPI as a business." Tim is 40, a chartered surveyor, and will be based in KPI's recently opened London office.
