Abbots Park is the latest office development from the Ashall Group, set in rural Cheshire, yet offering unrivalled access to major airports and motorways.
Phase 2 of the development comprises six buildings, providing 39,860 sq ft in all of air conditioned office space.
Some of the key advantages offered by the KS1000 TS Slate and Tile Support System include exceptional thermal performance and an achievable airtightness rating helping to reduce the amount of energy needed to run an HVAC system.
Another benefit is the fast track construction time that the composite panel system facilitates.
Once fixed, the panels provide a weathertight roof and a safe working platform from which to apply a whole range of roofing finishes, meanwhile the internal fit can be carried out.
Peter Gillott from the Cladding Contractors 'Advanced Cladding Services ' commented: "The speed of erection and the insulating properties for the roof made the KS1000 TS System a natural choice for this project and the level of performance together with the choice of finish makes this a very versatile product.".
