Kingspan Render Panel visual advantage
Kingspan Render Panel is a composite insulated system with a pre-rendered finish giving the appearance of traditional rendered blockwork.
The aesthetic appeal of a render finish can now be combined with the performance benefits of an insulated panel, thanks to the new render-effect system from Kingspan Insulated Panels An innovative joint gasket minimises the visual impact of the joint and ensures that the product can be installed smoothly to integrate with the building design without compromising weather proofing, thermal performance or air permeability

The render finish is applied off-site under controlled factory conditions, which removes reliance on additional wet trades to give a number of key advantages.
One is that consistency in colour and flatness is maintained to higher levels than may be found with traditional on-site application techniques, where human error and changes in weather can lead to problems.
Additionally, a more predictable construction schedule is made possible, as a weather proof envelope is formed once installation is complete to allow quicker onset of dependent internal work.
Furthermore, the lack of other trades means single-point responsibility for the whole system.
At the centre of the system is an ECOsafe PIR core which offers low GWP, excellent thermal efficiency and compliance with current Building Regulations.
Currently, Kingspan Render Panel is available in thicknesses up to 100mm.
This will provide a U-value of around 0.23 W/mK and an air leakage rate of 5m/hr/m or better, well within current government standards, backed by a 25 year thermal and structural performance guarantee.
The Kingspan Render Panel has successfully undergone extensive independent testing for air permeability, freeze/thaw and wind resistance, and full technical support is available through envirocare technical services with installation guidance from the Field Services Engineers department.
All Kingspan steel-faced wall systems are available with FIREsafe insurer approved insulation.
